The Avett Brothers Summer Tour

The Avett Brothers have figured out their summer plans – and now they just need fans to plan accordingly.

The folk rock band’s new dates kick off July 10 at Gallivan Center in Salt Lake City. July gigs are scheduled through a July 26 performance at Waterfront At Aloha Tower in Honolulu.

Additional stops include shows in Sun Valley, Idaho (July 13); Everett, Wash. (July 15), Oakland, Calif. (July 19-20); Las Vegas (July 22) and Temecula, Calif. (July 23).

Two fall dates have also been scheduled including shows in Chicago (Sept. 30) and Indianapolis (Oct. 1).

A presale for select days is ongoing now.

Another presale begins Thursday, March 31 and runs through April 2. Tickets go on sale to the general public April 3.

Before the summer dates begin, the group has a number of festivals to attend including Savannah Music Festival (March 30), Azalea Festival (April 8), Old Settler’s Music Festival (April 15), New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival (April 29), Beale Street Music Festival (May 1), Summer Camp Music Festival (May 29) and Mountain Jam Fest (June 4).

The guys play O2 Shepherds Bush Empire in London June 11 and 22, followed by a June 25 spot at Azkena Rock Festival in Vitoria, Spain. The band will also join Grace Potter And The Nocturnals for a July 9 gig at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colo.

The Avett Brothers’ most recent album, I and Love and You, was released in 2009 on American Recordings.
