Dinosaurs Walk Again

Global Creatures is bringing its runaway animatronic hit “Walking With Dinosaurs” back to Australia for another arena run beginning in late April and running into mid June.

The A$20 million production, starring 20 robotic dinos and based on the UK’s BBC show of the same name, has generated A$350 million worldwide.

It turned small Australian production company Global Creatures into the country’s biggest showbiz earner of 2010, according to Business Review Weekly, beating AC/DC and Keith Urban.

The Australian tour was marked with a 2-meter-tall T-Rex visit a Sydney school, initially scaring the 350 students before they were allowed to pet it.
