Discount Festival For Humanity Weekend Passes Available Now

The inaugural Festival For Humanity boasts a lineup featuring Misfits, Good Charlotte, Third Eye Blind and The New Pornographers. Act now and you’ll save 25 percent on three-day passes.

The new event takes place over Memorial Day weekend May 27-30 at Mountain Creek Resort in Vernon, N.J.

Misfits kick off the festival by headlining Friday, May 27 along with performances from Subcommittee and CC Coletti.

Third Eye Blind and Good Charlotte will both rock out on Saturday. May 28’s lineup also includes Soul Asylum, Coolie Ranx, Bronze Radio Return, The Drive, Goodbye Friday, A Clear Blurr, Nicola, Kilby Tayler Band and Quimby Mountain Band.

Sunday’s lineup features , John Popper And The Duskray, The Troubadours, Caleb Hawley, Chrissi Poland, Modern Science and more. A few big name Sunday artists will be announced soon.

New Pornographers help close out the festival May 30. Monday’s lineup also includes From Good Homes, Sister Hazel, Cracker, Amber Rubarth and more.

Performers will be divided up between the 13,000-capacity outdoor Humanity Field main stage and the 3,000-capacity covered Humanity Village Stage. Fans won’t have to choose between seeing their favorite acts because all artists will play in succession rather than simultaneously on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

Festival For Humanity will donate 33 percent of all proceeds directly to the Kristin Brooks Hope Center (1-800-Suicide). An additional 10 percent of all net ticket sales will be donated to the Humanity Village charities. The charities, which will have tents set up in the Humanity Village, include Oxfam, Peta, The American Red Cross, YMCA, Feeding America, Vet2vet, Cop2Cop, Music For Humanity, DALI, To Write Love on Her Arms, and Farm Aid Member Regional Growers.  Fans will also get the opportunity to take part in free QPR (Question, Persuade & Refer) training for suicide prevents.

Three-day lawn general admission passes (including Saturday, Sunday and Monday) went on sale earlier this week for the discounted price of $90. The passes are regularly priced at $120. Three-day general admission “pit” passes are also discounted 25 percent to $243.75 from $325. Fans that purchase either of the three-day passes can add on a Friday ticket for just $15. The discount prices are valid through May 1.

Single-day Saturday, Sunday and Monday tickets are priced at $33.75. Friday tickets purchased individually are $18.75.

Reserved seating and VIP tickets are also available.
