Gucci Mane Charged With Battery

Atlanta authorities reportedly arrested and charged rapper Gucci Mane with misdemeanor battery April 7 for allegedly pushing a woman out of a moving vehicle.

The rapper, whose real name is Radric Delantic Davis, was booked into the DeKalb County Jail. He will also be charged with a probation violation stemming from the Jan. 28 incident, authorities said.

A police report said Davis, driving a Hummer, approached a woman waiting for a mall store to open and invited her to have breakfast with him. After she agreed and left with Davis, he allegedly changed his story and offered to pay the woman $150 if she’d go to a hotel with him.

The woman claims to have refused that arrangement, which is when Davis allegedly shoved her out of the moving vehicle.
