Knee surgery has forced country legend
Loretta Lynn to cancel a few dates, including her appearance at this year’s
Stagecoach country music festival. But never fear because the Stagecoach folks have another legend stepping in.

Replacing Lynn will be singer/songwriter/actor/Rhodes Scholar/former Army captain Kris Kristofferson.
At this time it looks as if Lynn will miss shows scheduled through the first two weeks in May including dates in Arizona, California, Nevada, Colorado and New Mexico. The star’s next scheduled appearance is in Pigeon Forge, Tenn., at the Country Tonight Theatre May 27.
