Tuesday night’s performance was part of Google’s “After Hours Private Party” and was streamed live via google.com. The complete video of the 42-minute performance has now been posted on YouTube, and through the miracle of embed code you can watch it right now without having to dig through all those “keyboard cat” clips.

That’s Chris Chaney on bass. According a statement issued by a Jane’s Addiction rep, Chaney is touring with the band throughout the year. Chaney is no newcomer to Jane’s Addiction, having performed with the band in 2002-2004 plus several one-offs during the past three years. The usual suspects are there, including Farrell along with Dave Navarro and Stephen Perkins.

Of course, a video of Jane’s Addiction live on stage is meant to be played at maximum volume, which might pose a problem if you’re at work. Just tell him/her that we said it’s all right.
