Make Room For Elbow This Fall

U.S. fans hoping to see Elbow outside of a festival setting will be happy to hear that the British alternative rock band has just announced a round of new fall shows.

Elbow is touring in support of the group’s fifth studio album, Build a Rocket Boys! The album was released in March as the follow-up to 2008’s Mercury Prize-winning The Seldom Seen Kid.

In April Elbow earned kudos for its set at in Indio, Calif. The Wall Street Journal praised the band for continuing “its tradition of anthemic yet intimate rock … Elbow’s seven-song, 50-minute set went by in a satisfying flash.”
