Strong Start For Electronic Vibes

The inaugural outdoor electro-dance Electronic Vibes festival, which bowed in June in the North Queensland city of Rockhampton, Australia, will be back for a second year in 2012.

Kelkatagory Entertainment’s 20-year-old founder Greg McLean said the turnout was better than anticipated.

He added that all the acts – including Evermore, TV Rock, Zoë Badwi, Bag Raiders, Bombs Away and The Potbelleez – hung out after their sets, and some suggested that next year’s event widen to include workshops and R&B acts.
