Country Singer Dies In Crash

Country music singer Graeme Fitzsimons was killed when his car was split in two by a double-decker truck in Taranaki, New Zealand, on State Highway 3. He was in his 60s.

Fitzsimons and his wife Janice performed as a duo.

Their 2001 album Just Look At Us received airplay around NZ. Their son Daniel, who formed the band The Smiles, played on the album.
