Bon Iver Adds U.S. Tour

Late night viewers who liked what they saw of Bon Iver on “The Colbert Report” and “Late Night With Jimmy Fallon” earlier this week will have more opportunities to see the indie folk band live with the addition of another round of U.S. dates.

The new U.S. leg kicks off Sept. 7 in Minneapolis at The Orpheum Theatre. Shows are scheduled through a Sept. 26 gig at Seattle’s Paramount Theatre.

Bon Iver will also play Kansas City, Mo., at Uptown Theater (Sept. 9); St. Louis’ The Pageant (Sept. 11); Dallas’ Winspear Opera House (Sept. 12); San Diego’s Spreckels Theatre (Sept. 16); Berkeley, Calif., at the Greek Theatre (Sept. 22); and Vancouver, British Columbia, at the Orpheum (Sept. 25).

On Sept. 15, Justin Vernon and the gang make a stop in Phoenix for a gig at Comerica Theatre with Fleet Foxes and The Walkmen.

The new set of dates follows a North American trek scheduled July 22 through Aug. 10.

In October, Bon Iver heads to Europe for a tour that runs Oct. 5 through Nov. 11 with shows in the United Kingdom, Belgium, France, Germany, Denmark, Ireland, Norway, Netherlands and Sweden.

Tickets for most of the new U.S. shows go on sale Friday, June 24.
