CenturyTel Now CenturyLink

The 14,000-capacity CenturyTel Center in Bossier City, La., has been rebranded CenturyLink Center following a 10-year, $3.25 million naming rights agreement between the telecommunications company and Bossier City.

CenturyTel began operating under the name CenturyLink in 2009 following the company’s acquisition of Embarq Corporation.

CenturyTel had a 10-year naming rights agreement with the city and entered into a new agreement under CenturyLink last year.
