Resorts A.C. Opens Club Piscopo

Joe Piscopo’s dream of opening his own nightclub in Atlantic City, N.J., will come true June 30 with the grand opening of Club Piscopo at Resorts Casino Hotel.

The retro-style venue, approximately 300 capacity, will feature Piscopo as well as a variety of music and comedy acts Thursday through Sunday, according to the Courier-Post of Cherry Hills, N.J.

“This is going to be a ‘hang’ place, where people can come and see an eclectic mix of entertainment,” Piscopo told the paper. “We’ll try it through Labor Day, and then evaluate it and see what happens from there.”

In addition to the “Saturday Night Live” alum, comedian Jeff Norris is scheduled to appear June 30 through July 3.
