Celebrate Fourth Of July With Wynonna

Wynonna is getting the Fouth of July weekend started by headlining a free concert complete with a F-15 fighter jet fly over.

The 29th Annual Independence Day Concert takes place Friday in Warner Robins, Ga., at Talbert Stadium.

The event will also feature CNN Headline News morning show anchor Robin Meade and the U.S. Air Force Reserve Band. And a Fourth of July show wouldn’t be complete without the singing of the National Anthem and a fireworks show.

Silver Spurs Arena @ Osceola Park, Kissimmee, Fla.

The concert is a way for the Air Force Reserve to give back to the 1.1 million deployed service members and their families and surrounding communities, in addition to giving thanks for the military support of the mid-Georgia region and nation.

American service men and women and their families stationed at bases overseas can watch the concert when it’s broadcast Monday on the American Forces Network.

After performing at Talbert Stadium, on Saturday Wynonna plays Biloxi, Miss., at IP Casino, Resort & Spa. The country singer has U.S. dates booked through mid-December as well as a March 2012 performance in New Philadelphia, Ohio.
