Local Boys & Girls Club members were in the middle of dancing to the singer’s new tune “Countdown” when cheers erupted and Beyoncé took to the stage set up in the retail store. According to the Huffington Post.com, the dance lesson was organized by the pop star’s choreographer, Frank Gatson. E! Online notes that the store was celebrating its one-year anniversary.

The singer hugged her surprised young fans and then joined in on the group’s dance routine. After the track ended Beyoncé told the children they did a great job and encouraged them to introduce themselves. She also thanked the Boys & Girls Club for coming to the event, adding, “I hope you guys enjoy the new album 4.”

4, which appropriately marks her fourth studio album, was released June 24 on Columbia Records. Target is selling a deluxe version of the album including six exclusive tracks.

“I put so much into my new album and only Target gives you all of it,” Beyoncé says in a TV ad promoting the release.

The singer crashed another dance party in Harlem two months ago when she showed up at New York City public middle school P.S. 161. Beyoncé surprised a group of about 85 students who were dancing to a choreographed routine adapted from the song “Get Me Bodied,” which hails from her 2006 album, B’Day. The routine was part of a national simulcast of “Let’s Move! Flash Workout” in support of first lady Michelle Obama’s Let’s Move! Initiative.

On July 9 Beyoncé can be found at in Kinross, United Kingdom. The next day she plays in Naas, Ireland.
