With the “Better Day World Tour” beginning July 17 in Knoxville at the University of Tennessee’s Thompson-Boling Arena, Parton is making the TV rounds, appearing on NBC’s “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” July 22, the same day she appears on the syndicated “Better TV” program.
