Dogs Allowed
A Myrtle Beach, S. C., nightclub manager is in hot water for refusing to allow a disabled veteran to bring his service dog into the facility July 16.
The 24-year-old vet reportedly told Kenny Arthur Frosch, manager of the Penthouse Club, that the law says he can’t prevent him and his dog from entering a public place.
Frosch allegedly said he can because the club is privately owned. Not so, according to police, who charged Frosch with interfering with the rights of a blind or disabled person, a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
