Duran Duran Returns To North America

Duran Duran has more North American cities to play this year. Lots more.

The group played a series of North American dates in March and April, including a three-city swing through Mexico as well as an appearance at Coachella. Now the game plan calls for the band named after a “Barbarella” character to return for more fun beginning Sept. 23 in Everett, Wash., at the Comcast Arena.

But don’t expect the fall tour to be a replay of the good times had by all just a few months ago. Duran Duran has a new production designed especially for the upcoming journey.

The band also has a new video coming out. The visual rendition of “Girl Panic!” lives up to its title by featuring supermodels Naomi Campbell, Cindy Crawford, Eva Herzigova, Helena Christensen and Yasmin Le Bon.

Touring in support of their Mark Ronson-produced album, All You Need Is Now, Duran Duran’s fall headlining romp includes stops in Portland, Ore., at the Theatre Of The Clouds Sept. 24; Los Angeles at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live Sept. 27; Las Vegas at The Joint @ The Hard Rock Hotel / Casino Sept. 30; Mobile, Ala., at Bayfest Oct. 8; Atlanta’s Chastain Park Amphitheatre Oct. 14; Windsor, Ont., at the Colosseum at Caesars Windsor Oct. 22; Montreal’s Bell Centre Oct. 23; Toronto at Air Canada Centre Oct. 27 and Atlantic City at Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa / Event Center Oct. 29.

At this time there are a few cities on the routing with venues still to be determined such as Baton Rouge Oct. 7; Hollywood, Fla. Oct. 12; New York City Oct. 25 and Boston Oct. 28.

Neon Trees opens on select dates.
