Bob Forrest, leader of Thelonious Monster, is known as a counselor on Drew Pinsky’s “Celebrity Rehab” and has counseled many drug addicts during their recovery period.
Forrest, as the singer of the L.A.-based punk group, comes from a place of familiarity, having struggled with similar issues.
His years of difficulty and recovery are presented in the documentary “Bob and the Monster,” which debuts in Los Angeles tomorrow night, Aug. 4.
