New Nashville Venue Plan

A mid-size venue scheduled to open in October is in the works for downtown Nashville’s Marathon Village development.

Owners Josh Billue (Exit/In & Zydeco), Chris Cobb (Sell Out Presents, Live On The Green, Nashville Earth Day) and Telisha Arguelles Cobb (Special Events Plus) are combining their experience to open the facility that reportedly will fill a void left by 328 Performance Hall and City Hall.

“Music industry professionals across the country recognize the need, in Nashville, for a mid-sized venue that offers all the modern amenities that concertgoers and performers expect in a city like Nashville. Our plan is to meet that need,” Chris Cobb said in a statement.

Capacity for the facility is still being determined.
