Show biz gossip site TMZ reports Lohan is ticked off about Pitbull’s hit, “Give Me Everything.” Written by Pitbull and Afrojack, the track contains the following line, “Hustlers move aside, so I’m tiptoein’, to keep flowin, I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan.”

Apparently Lohan is suing under New York’s civil rights laws which protects folks from people exploiting their names for commercial purposes without permission.

In the lawsuit, Lohan claimed “the lyrics, by virtue of its wide appeal, condemnation, excoriation, disparaging or defamatory statements by the defendants about the plaintiff are destined to do irreparable harm to the plaintiff.”

Along with suing Pitbull, Lohan is seeking an injunction to stop the song from airing. TMZ notes the lawyer filing the lawsuit is Stephanie Ovadia who in 2010 went after E-Trade on behalf of the actress after the online brokerage house aired a commercial featuring a talking infant referring to “that milkaholic Lindsay.” Although the lawsuit was eventually withdrawn with prejudice, Lohan is reported to have walked away with some cash.
