Lineup For 9/11 Commemoration Concert Announced

Alan Jackson, Patti Labelle and mezzo soprano Denyce Graves will perform in a special concert commemorating the tenth anniversary of the tragic events of Sept. 11, 2001.

Taking place in Washington, D.C., at the Washington National Cathedral, “A Concert For Hope” will be part of “A Call To Compassion,” a three-day event marking the 10th anniversary of the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon.

If you can’t make it to D.C., then the concert as well as the weekend events surrounding it, will come to you. “A Concert For Hope” will air live Sept. 11 on many ABC affiliates beginning at 8 p.m. Eastern Time.
