Hoge’s seventh studio new album, appropriately titled Number Seven, drops Sept. 27 on Ryko. By that time the singer/songwriter will be two shows deep into his fall tour.

Playing states east of the Rockies, Hoge launches the road trip in Athens, Ga. at the 40 Watt Club Sept. 24. Other stops include Atlanta’s Vinyl Sept. 30; Urbana, Ill., at the Canopy Club Oct. 5; Nashville’s Tin Roof Oct. 21; Chicago’s Double Door Nov. 3; New York’s High Line Ballroom Nov. 10; Somerville, Mass., near Boston at Johnny D’s Nov. 11; Nashville again but at 3rd & Lindsley Nov. 26; Houston at Fitzgerald’s Dec. 1; and Austin at Stubb’s Bar-B-Q / Waller Creek Amph. Dec. 3.

Locksley appears on all dates. Jaron And The Long Road To Love, James Dunn, Brighton, Nic Cowan and Aunt Martha open on various dates.

“Being on the road is like second nature to me, and me and the guys in the band are so ready to start this fall tour,” Hoge said in a statement. “I’ve spent years building relationships with fans all over the country, and they have been so supportive and loyal. Some fans come up and tell me they’ve been to like 50 shows, and it just blows my mind.”
