Benatar Tour Canceled

Of course, in Benatar’s case, the husband is half of the show. The multiple Grammy winner is married to guitarist Neil “Spyder” Giraldo who has played in her band and on every album since the singer began making hits more than three decades ago.

Giraldo recently suffered an arm injury, resulting in the cancellation of the pair’s remaining tour dates. Shows removed from the books are Folsom, Calif., at Folsom Live Sept. 23; Laughlin, Nev., at Edgewater Casino Sept. 24; Agoura Hills, Calif., at the Canyon Club Sept. 25; Tarrytown, N.Y., at the Music Hall Oct. 5; Huntington, N.Y., at Paramount Theatre Oct. 6; Halifax, N.S., at Casino Nova Scotia Oct. 8; Dallas at the State Fair Of Texas Oct. 22; West Wendover, Nev, at Peppermill Concert Hall Nov. 4; and Las Vegas at Cannery Casino Hotel Nov. 5.
