Calling Simon a singer/songwriter sometimes seems to be an understatement. Throughout his four decade-plus career the artist has become something of an American treasure and is often cited as a definitive example of this country’s musical heritage.

Touring in support of his latest album, So Beautiful Or So What, Simon’s schedule now lists stops in Los Angeles at the Gibson Amphitheatre at Universal CityWalk Oct. 19; San Diego’s Viejas Arena Oct. 22; Santa Barbara, Calif., at the Santa Barbara Bowl Oct. 23; Las Vegas at The Colosseum At Caesars Palace Oct. 24; Broomfield, Colo., at 1st Bank Center Oct. 26; Grand Prairie, Texas, at Verizon Theatre At Grand Prairie Oct. 28; Memphis at Mud Island Amphitheatre Oct. 29; New Orleans’ Lakefront Arena Nov. 4; Cedar Park, Texas, at Cedar Park Center Nov. 5; and Oklahoma City at the Civic Center Music Hall Nov. 6.

A pre-sale for San Diego begins Sept. 14 and the general onsale begins Sept. 16. Grand Prairie also goes up Sept. 16 while Los Angeles (Universal City) and Santa Barbara launch onsales Sept. 17. Oklahoma City is already on sale. For more information, please visit PaulSimon.com.
