LN Signs Sands Deal

Live Nation has inked a long-term agreement with Vision Entertainment to book the 3,000-capacity Sands Bethlehem Event Center in Bethlehem, Pa., slated to open next May.

The deal is expected to bring a wide range of artists to the venue, which will be located in the Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem and feature seven mezzanine-level suites, a 10,000-square-foot bar and a lounge, according to the Bethlehem Patch.

Officials expect to host 185 to 225 events per year, the paper said, including concerts, sporting events and conventions.

Ticketmaster will serve as the exclusive ticket provider and Vision Entertainment is reportedly seeking a naming rights sponsor.
