More Ryan Adams This Fall

Ryan Adams has booked more European dates in November and another U.S. leg in December.

The fall fun begins Oct. 11 in San Diego at Balboa Theatre. The West Coast leg, which is concentrated in California, wraps up with an Oct. 21 performance at City Arts Fest at Seattle’s Benaroya Hall.

Previously announced United Kingdom gigs include London’s Union Chapel Oct. 27 and York’s Grand Opera House Oct. 28.

The new European dates are scheduled Nov. 1-13 including shows in London (Nov. 1); Paris (Nov. 2); Brussels, Belgium (Nov. 5); Drammen, Norway (Nov. 7); Goteborg, Sweden (Nov. 8); Uppsala, Sweden (Nov. 9); Malmo, Sweden (Nov. 12); and Aarhus, Denmark (Nov. 13).

The new U.S. leg kicks off Dec. 2 in Philadelphia at Academy of Music. Additional shows include Baltimore at Lyric Opera House Dec. 4, New York City’s Carnegie Hall Dec. 6, Boston’s Orpheum Theatre Dec. 8, Toronto at Winter Garden Theatre Dec. 10, Chicago at Cadillac Palace Dec. 11, and Minneapolis at The State Theatre Dec. 13.

Adams will also take part in “See A Little Light: A Celebration Of Bob Mould,” which is set for Nov. 21 in Los Angeles at Walt Disney Concert Hall. Fans can catch the musician appearing on “Conan” Oct. 10.

The singer/songwriter is touring in support of his new album Ashes & Fire, due out Oct. 11 on his own PAX-AM label and EMI’s Capitol. The album features guest appearances from Norah Jones and Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers keyboardist Benmont Tench. Fans can check out the album now through NPR.org’s First Listen.
