The one-time tattoo artist has inked a deal with CBS and CBS Studios to star in a half-hour comedy according to Deadline Hollywood. The blog most feared by show biz execs also reports the yet-to-be-named program is being referred to around Tinsel Town as “Douchebag.”

If reports are true, Durst would play a rock legend balancing his career while attempting to raise a family.

But before you pass this off as just another singer trying to break into TV, Durst already has some acting credits, including playing a bartender in a couple of episodes of “House,” and a stint as “Ogden” in the TV mini-series “Revelations.”
