Right now Mute Math is in the last week its “Odd Soul Introduction Tour,” which pretty much functions as the name implies, giving fans a live taste of their new album, Odd Soul, released earlier this month.

Come January members of Mute Math will climb back on the tour bus for another trip across the U.S., beginning at Houston’s House Of Blues Jan. 26 and wrapping in Atlanta at The Tabernacle March 18. In between look for the band to hit such places as Denver’s Gothic Theatre Jan. 31; Los Angeles at Club Nokia Feb. 2; Chicago’s House Of Blues Feb. 17; Detroit at St. Andrew’s Hall March 2; New York City’s Best Buy Theatre Feb. 8 and Washington, D.C., at the 9:30 Club March 10.

An Odd Soul VIP package for the 2012 tour began today via ArtistArena.com and includes one gatefold vinyl copy of the new album as well as a CD version, an Odd Soul tour T-shirt; a first-in-line pass providing early entry to any show on the tour and an Odd Soul instrumental album in the form of a digital download.

Presales launch this week and general onsales for many dates begin Oct. 21. Visit MuteMath.com for more information.
