Silva / Hewitt Allies With Live Nation

Promoters Bill Silva and Andrew Hewitt, known for bringing live entertainment to some of the most significant venues in Southern California and Las Vegas, have formed a strategic alliance with Live Nation.

Hewitt and Silva will “join the Live Nation team,” according to a statement from the company, and they will oversee booking, marketing and promotion of the company’s concerts in the two markets.

Bill Silva Presents and The Andrew Hewitt Company promote shows at venues like The Wiltern, Hollywood Palladium, Gibson Amphitheatre, Hollywood Bowl, and Cricket Wireless Amphitheatre in San Diego.

“Andrew and Bill have some of the best relationships in the business and have distinguished themselves as true innovators and gifted music executives,” Live Nation Concerts Co-President Bob Roux said in a statement. “Their proven talent and wealth of experience in working with both emerging artists and established superstars, combined with their incredible business acumen will help us to further develop and grow our business in Southern California and Las Vegas.”

Hewitt and Silva in a joint statement said they were “thrilled to be working with Live Nation.”

Silva and Hewitt will continue to promote shows at the Hollywood Bowl independently, but all other shows will be for Live Nation.
