Gudinski, Jacobsen Join MCM Board

Frontier Touring Company’s managing director Michael Gudinski and its longtime financial consultant Philip Jacobsen were appointed to the board of radio and TV production and syndication house MCM Entertainment Group.

They will serve as non-executive directors. Gudinski owns 21 percent of MCM, and was director of MCM December 2005 to March 2009.

Jacobsen served as an alternate director of the group between December 2007 and March 2009.

Their appointments came after a stoush between MCM founder Tony McGinn and the previous board on the direction of the company.
