All Good Arrests

More than 60 people were charged with felonies during July’s All Good Festival in West Virginia, and three are still behind bars.

Two men charged with delivery of a controlled substance during the fest are being held on $5,000 bond, according to authorities. Another charged with attempted burglary is being held on $25,000 bond.

In addition, 400 people received misdemeanor citations during the fest, which reportedly attracted around 30,000 people.

The fest faces several lawsuits alleging negligence over the death of one concertgoer and injuries to her two friends in a campground accident.

Organizers are expected to issue a response to the U.S. District Court by Dec. 6.
