ICP Vs. FBI

Insane Clown Posse had quite a week in the news.

The group has been sued for more than $2 million and its fans have been classified as a gang by the FBI.

Gothic group Midnight Syndicate and label Entity Productions filed suit in U.S. District Court against ICP Oct. 31 claiming the rappers sampled Halloween music on several tracks without seeking permission.

And ICP fans – Juggalos – are known for engaging in “sporadic, disorganized and individualistic” crime that often involves “simple assault, personal drug use and possession, petty theft and vandalism,” according to the FBI’s National Gang Threat Assessment for 2011.
