Vince Neil Pleads Guilty
Vince Neil pleaded guilty Nov. 7 to pointing a finger and cursing at his ex-girlfriend.
A Las Vegas judge accepted the plea, and the attorney for Neil, who did not appear in court, paid a $1,000 fine on his client’s behalf.
Las Vegas Justice of the Peace Melissa Saragosa dismissed a more serious misdemeanor charge of battery constituting domestic violence and declared the case closed.
Neil could have faced up to a year in jail and a $2,000 fine if convicted of both charges. Neil was originally accused of poking his finger into the chest of Alicia Jacobs during a confrontation last year.
The Motley Crue frontman owns tattoo shops and two bars in Las Vegas, including one at the Las Vegas Hilton where the Shimmer Cabaret comedy club confrontation took place.
