Ford Center Kickoff

Bob Seger & The Silver Bullet Band kicked off concerts at the new, 10,900-capacity Ford Center in Evansville, Ind., with a packed house Nov. 9.

About 9,000 fans attended the concert at the recently opened, $127 million arena followed by Reba Nov. 11.

Next up are Trans-Siberian Orchestra Dec. 7, The Harlem Globetrotters Jan. 14, Jeff Dunham Feb. 1, “Winter Jam” Feb. 2 and Lady Antebellum Feb. 26.

The facility, managed by VenuWorks, is also home to the Central Hockey League’s Evansville Icemen and University of Evansville’s basketball teams.
