Flaming Lips Freakout Again

The Yoko Ono Plastic Ono Band is helping The Flaming Lips bid farewell to 2011 by performing at the band’s annual New Year’s Eve show.

The New Year’s Freakout 5 once again takes place in the band’s hometown of Oklahoma City. After previously being held at the Cox Convention Center, the party has been moved to Coca Cola Bricktown Events Center. This time around Wayne Coyne and the gang will party for two nights in a row Dec. 31 and Jan. 1. Yoko Ono Plastic Ono Band will be there for both gigs.
