Go To The Orchestra With Trey Anastasio
Trey Anastasio has announced four special shows early next year for the debut of his first-ever orchestral tour.
The Winter Symphony Tour will feature orchestrations of classic Phish songs as well as solo Anastasio tunes. Scott Dunn, the associate conductor of the Los Angeles Philharmonic’s Hollywood Bowl Orchestra, will conduct the shows in all four cities.

The Phish frontman will launch the tour with the Atlanta Symphony Feb. 9 at Atlanta’s Symphony Hall – Woodruff Arts Center.
The tour moves on to Pittsburgh’s Heinz Hall For The Performing Arts Feb. 14 featuring the Pittsburgh Symphony.
Anastasio and the Colorado Symphony perform Feb. 28 at Denver’s Boettcher Concert Hall.
The last stop on the tour is March 10 in Los Angeles at the Walt Disney Concert Hall featuring the Los Angeles Philharmonic.
Anastasio previously shared the stage with the New York Philharmonic at Carnegie Hall. The New York Times called the performance “that rarest of rarities, a classical-rock hybrid that might please partisans from both constituencies.”
A pre-sale begins Thursday at 10 a.m. EST and ends Dec. 7 at 12 p.m. EST. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Dec. 8 for Denver and Los Angeles. Tickets for the Atlanta and Pittsburgh shows go on sale Dec. 9.
