Flogging Molly Announces 2012 Green 17 Dates

Flogging Molly is looking forward to its favorite holiday. The celtic punk band has scheduled dates for its eighth annual St. Patrick’s Day tour.

The 2012 edition of the Green 17 Tour starts Feb. 17 at The Fillmore Detroit. The run wraps up with a St. Patrick’s Day show March 17 in Tempe, Ariz., at Tempe Beach Park.

Stops along the way include Chicago (Feb. 18); Boston (Feb. 21); New York (Feb. 23); Charlotte, N.C. (Feb. 26); Lake Buena Vista, Fla. (Feb. 29); New Orleans (March 2); Houston (March 3); San Diego (March 6); Oakland, Calif. (March 10); Portland, Ore. (March 11); Seattle (March 13); and Las Vegas (March 16).

Black Joe Lewis & The Honeybears and The Devil Makes Three will support on select dates. More Green 17 support acts will be announced soon.

Flogging Molly is touring in support of its fifth studio album, Speed of Darkness, which was released in May.
