It’s a second chance to experience the co-headline adventure that pulverized audiences in the fall. Released in September, Anthrax’s Worship Music album marked the return of vocalist Joey Belladonna and received plenty of praise from critics proclaiming it the “metal album of the year.”

The second leg of the “Worship Music” Anthrax / Testament co-bill begins in Las Vegas at House Of Blues Jan. 22. Also on the itinerary are stops in Anaheim at House Of Blues Jan. 23; Tempe, Ariz., at the Marquee Theatre Jan. 24; Indianapolis at the Egyptian Room At The Murat Jan. 27; Atlanta at the Tabernacle Feb. 2 and New York City’s Best Buy Theatre Feb. 8.  Death Angel serves as main support on all dates.

“The first leg of the tour with Testament and Death Angel was an amazing way to end a great year for Anthrax and it went above and beyond my expectations,” guitarist Scott Ian said in a statement. “Sold out shows, raging crowds and epic war dances! So we figured what better way to start 2012 than to continue this thrash-fest into the new year.”
