LMFAO Postponements

There is no joy for LMFAO fans in the Great White North as back problems force the postponement of the group’s three remaining Canada dates.

Singer Sky Blu had been experiencing back pains throughout the tour and even performed one show while sitting in a mobility chair until his physician declared him unfit to continue. Diagnosed with three herniated discs, Blu is now facing a full month of rehabilitation and cannot perform or travel.

Postponed shows include last night’s gig in Calgary, Alberta, at the Stampeded Corral; tonight’s show at Edmonton’s Rexall Place and Friday in Vancouver at the P.N.E. Pacific Coliseum. The concerts will be rescheduled for February although new play dates have not yet been announced.

“First off I would like to apologize to our fans,” Blu said in a statement. “I am disappointed that I’m unable to come see everyone and perform. Unfortunately, I need to take this time to get healthy and get my wiggle back.”
