As in years past the 11th annual will take over the Lookout Country Club for the weekend. Although it’s a bit early to start talking about a lineup or new features for the event, organizers are promising many “venue enhancements” as well as more than 90 acts from throughout the world.

Camp Bisco has gained a rep for its pro-environment policies. Earlier this year, Disco Biscuits’ Marc Brownstein told Pollstar about the festival’s green policies.

“Straight across the board we try to do things that will be green for the band. From recycling at home to having a recycling program on the road, to try to have our festival be as green as possible,” Brownstein said. “There are organizations out there like Reverb run by [Guster’s] Adam Gardner that dedicate themselves to helping bands green themselves on the road, from buying the proper kinds of bio-fuels to recycling programs. I’m a big fan of Reverb and what Adam Gardner has done. It’s very inspirational to see one guy who cares so much about an issue.”

A limited allotment of holiday pre-sale tickets priced at $140 went up today. VIP packages are also available. Visit CampBisco.net for more info.  And don’t forget to check out Pollstar’s interview with Marc Brownstein.  Just click here.
