Cody Simpson Heads To Paradise

Cody Simpson’s “Welcome To Paradise Tour” will bring the Australian pop singer to venues throughout the U.S. and Canada.

North American fans can’t get enough of Simpson. The 14-year-old spent the spring on a U.S. co-headlining tour with Greyson Chance, which was followed by summer headline dates in the states.

The “Welcome To Paradise Tour” begins, appropriately, at Boston’s Paradise Rock Club Feb. 2. Dates are booked through a Feb. 12 gig in Pontiac, Mich., at Crofoot Ballroom.

U.S. dates on the journey through paradise include Pottsville, Pa., at Goodfella’s Feb. 3; New York’s Gramercy Theatre Feb. 4; Philadelphia at Theatre Of The Living Arts Feb. 5; Clifton Park, N.Y., at Northern Lights Feb. 10; and Cleveland Heights, Ohio, at Grog Shop Feb. 11.

Canadian stops are Toronto’s Phoenix Concert Theatre Feb. 7 and Montreal’s Corona Theatre Feb. 8.

More dates and opening acts will be announced soon.

Tickets are on sale now.

Simpson put out his second EP, Coast to Coast, in September on Atlantic Records and Warner Records. Earlier this month the singer got his very own doll, which is available at Toys “R” Us. The Wish Factory released two versions of the 11.5-inch doll with one featuring a denim jacket and black pants and the other sporting a Gold Coast T-shirt and khakis.
