William Morris Buildings Sold

Two Beverly Hills, Calif., buildings that were part of the William Morris Agency’s office complex have been sold to Los Angeles developer CIM Group for $47.8 million.

The deal comes just over a year after New York real estate investment firm Brickman, the company behind the loan to the previous owner, foreclosed on the property, according to the Los Angeles Times.

William Morris Endeavor Entertainment still leases space at the location but is scheduled to move next year.
