The blaze was reportedly called in at 3:53 a.m. and a representative from the Lambeth London Fire Brigade told NME the cause of the fire at the three-story venue was unknown at press time. The “whole of the bar area, making up to 10 percent of the auditorium was damaged by fire,” the representative said.

No one was injured and the fire was extinguished in about an hour and a half.

The O2 is still scheduled to hold its New Year’s Eve concert featuring Ferry Corsten, Dash Berlin, Judge Jules, Richard Durand and more.
