For those who haven’t yet updated their Jane’s Addiction scorecards, the band also includes guitarist Dave Navarro and drummer Stephen Perkins along with bassist Chris Chaney.

Touring in support of their Rich Costey-produced album, The Great Escape Artist, the tour begins in St. Louis at The Pageant Feb. 22, plays Detroit’s Fillmore Feb. 24 and stops in Columbus, Ohio, for a gig at the LC Indoor Pavilion Feb. 25.

Other stops on the “Theatre Of The Escapists” tour include Toronto at Massey Hall Feb. 27; Portland, Maine, at State Theatre March 3; Montclair, N.J., at Wellmont Theatre March 6; Richmond, Va., at The National March 9; Atlanta’s Tabernacle March 13; Kansas City at Uptown Theater March 16; and Minneapolis at The Brick March 19. Last stop on the North American schedule is Milwaukee’s Eagles Ballroom March 24.

The Black Box Revelation supports on all dates.

“We chose to play as many of the great theatres that we could find because we wanted to immerse the audience in a unique experience unlike any they have ever seen at a rock show,” Farrell said. “Expect an orgy of musical and visual delights. We like orgies, and hope you do too.”

A presale begins Jan. 10 and the general onsale launches Jan. 14. The band is also offering a special package featuring pre-sale tickets bundled with a high-quality lithograph signed by the band. Head on over to JanesAddiction.com for more info.
