Snow Patrolling The U.S.

Snow Patrol is headed to the states in March for a North American tour that runs through mid-May.

The tour announcement coincides with today’s North American release of the alternative rock band’s sixth studio album, Fallen Empires. The album, which is the follow-up to 2008’s A Hundred Million Suns, was released worldwide in November.

The North American dates kick off March 29 in Orlando, Fla., at Hard Rock Café / Hard Rock Live. The last gig on the routing is May 18 at Houston’s Verizon Wireless Theater.
