Murray Seeks More Evidence

Dr. Conrad Murray is back in court and seeking access to evidence that could reportedly show Michael Jackson self-administered the dose of Propofol that killed him.

The evidence was apparently never received by the defense during the trial, according to documents obtained by TMZ, and attorneys for Murray have argued the court should consider whether Jackson played any part in his own death before deciding how much his family receives in restitution.

The prosecution is seeking around $100 million in restitution.
