While Uncle Kracker puts the finishing touches on his yet-to-be-named album, he has released a single to keep fans in the loop. Produced by Keith Stegall (Zac Brown Band, Alan Jackson, George Jones), “My Hometown” is Uncle Kracker’s first new music release since his 2010 six-track EP Happy Hour – The South River Road Sessions which featured re-workings of songs from his 2009 Happy Hour album.

Other destinations include Minneapolis at Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill March 2; Columbus, Ohio, at Bluestone March 8; Washington, D.C., at the 9:30 Club March 14; Kansas City at Beaumont Club March 25; Reno’s Knitting Factory March 30; Davis, Calif., at David Graduate April 4; Boise, Idaho, at Knitting Factory April 5; Seattle’s Showbox @ The Market April 7; Cheyenne, Wy., at Outlook Saloon April 13; Mesa, Ariz., at Toby Keith’s I Love This Bar & Grill April 19; and Bakersfield, Calif., at the venue Buck Owens built – the Crystal Palace April 20.

Stops on the rocker’s home turf of Michigan (after all, it is the “Hometown Tour”) are Flint at the Machine Shop March 22 and Grand Rapids at the Intersection March 23.
