U.S. Border Patrol agents busted
The Hudspeth County Sheriff’s Office said agents smelled pot on the bus and a drug-sniffing dog was brought in to conduct a search. The dogs found a prescription bottle containing a few joints and two other containers of herb.
The rapper, whose real name is Calvin Broadus Jr., was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor, and released. He’s been ordered to appear in court by Jan. 20, according to the El Paso Times.
The bus was stopped at the same Sierra Blanca checkpoint where Willie Nelson was arrested for possession in November 2010.
