Consisting of members from the U.S., England and Australia, The Boxer Rebellion’s return to North America is long overdue. The band was set to play the U.S. and Canada in fall 2011 but a personal tragedy forced the tour’s cancellation only days before it was scheduled to launch.

The spring tour means fans on this side of the ocean will finally be able to experience The Boxer Rebellion playing songs from its 2011 release The Cold Still. The band recently added a live digital album to its catalog – Live In Tennessee – that is available through The Boxer Rebellion’s web store and on iTunes.

The tour begins in Tucson at Club Congress April 6. Other stops include Austin at The Parish April 10; Nashville’s Mercy Lounge April 17; Brooklyn at the Music Hall Of Williamsburg April 27; Montreal at Le Petit Campus April 29; Toronto’s Mod Club May 2; Cleveland at the Grog Shop May 3; Denver’s Larimer Lounge May 8; San Francisco at the Great American Music Hall May 15; Los Angeles at the El Rey Theatre May 18 and Mexico City (venue to be determined) May 19.

Special Guest Canon Blue appears on all dates except for Mexico City.
