Totally New Korn Tour Dates

Korn launches the second leg of its Path Of Totality Tour next month in Detroit.

The tour is named after Korn’s tenth studio album. The Path Of Totality was released in December on Roadrunner and debuted in the top 10 of Nielsen SoundScan’s top albums chart. The album, which includes the current top five active rock single “Narcissistic Cannibal,” features production by Skrillex, 12th Planet, Kill The Noise, Excision, Flinch, Noisia, Datsik, Downlink and Feed Me.

Korn kicks off its 2012 tour in Motor City at The Fillmore Feb. 23, followed by a Feb. 24 gig in Chicago at the Congress Theater.

Additional stops include Milwaukee’s Eagles Ballroom Feb. 25; Denver at the Fillmore Auditorium Feb. 27; Salt Lake City at The Complex Feb. 28; Phoenix at Comerica Theatre March 1; and Las Vegas at The Palms Casino Resort March 2.

The nu metal band will also play this year’s Cypress Hill SmokeOut in San Bernardino, Calif., March 3. The last U.S. gig on the route is March 4 at San Francisco’s Warfield Theatre.

Special guests include Kill The Noise, which provides support Feb. 23 and Feb. 27-28, as well as Korn’s own Jonathan Davis. The frontman will debut his new DJ set at his J Devil alter ego.

After wrapping up the U.S. dates Korn heads to Europe for a tour scheduled March 12 through April 3.

Special pre-sale tickets and VIP packages go on sale Wednesday at 3 p.m. local time at Korn.com. Tickets for most shows go on sale to the general public this weekend.
